Over the next several weeks, we will put in work, and look to build consistent habits surrounding exercise and nutrition. Throughout the process I will be giving guidance, support, and tips to lean out. I will be putting myself through the same process alongside you.
Participants are also welcomed and encouraged to attend the Focused Group Classes for in person workouts.
